Code Red Vulnerability (CAN-2001-0500)

Hi guys:

I'm working on a conference paper with Vern Paxson about recent worms
and various theoretical possibilities for worse worms.  There is a
significant section about Code Red.  It would be somewhat nice to refer
to the vulnerability by its CVE name, but it's still a candidate at
present.  Is there any ETA for when it might be approved?  There would
seem to be little doubt as to its existence.  If it would be helpful, I
could shed my liaison status briefly and vote for it.
